Return Policy

Having confidence in ordering with Ladies Hair Care By Ed. You may return any unopened item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item, less shipping and handling costs. In the event that you need to return an item, please contact us for return instructions. A refund on returned items will be credited to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or fright costs.

Back Order Policy

Some items may be out of stock for as long as 1 or 2 weeks due to unforeseen reasons. We will contact you if items are backordered. Customers will be notified if items ordered have been discontinued or are no longer available.

Shipping Policy

We will be shipping all in-stock items within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the order. Orders will be shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS zone (in most cases it averages 5 to 10 business days from the day the order was picked up at out shipping point). Any item that is backordered will be shipped upon its arrival at our warehouse. A small handling fee will be applied to each complete order consisting of a single product or multiple products. 

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday season, large orders, special orders and out of stock items may take a little longer

Damaged Goods Policy

If for any reason the goods that you receive are damaged, please contact us and we will contact the shipping agency and have a new item shipped to you within 5 to 10 business days of your contacting us. If this should happen to your order, please contact us prior to returning the item.
