Are your products safe for me to use?
A: Yes. We have a team of cosmetologists and health care consultants who can vouch for all products. All our products are pharmaceutical grade and no animals have been used in their development. Our vitamins and supplements are naturally derived and therefore are more readily absorbed by the body. Health care professionals are on call who would be pleased to answer your questions.

Do you have a return policy.
A: Yes. If you should receive any damaged or broken products they will all have been insured for safe delivery through our shipper. Any product that you receive that you are not satisfied with that has not been opened may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or a refund. If this should become necessary, please contact us so return arrangements may be made prior to returning the item.

How are your products shipped?
A: We use UPS and their listed ground shipping rates from our shipping point to your address.

Is there a restocking fee for any item that is shipped incorrectly.
A: No. This happens so seldom that we do not have a restocking fee.

Do you offer specials or special rates?
A: Sometimes. This depends on our current stock and various times of the year.

How long does it take to receive an order?
A: All orders will be shipped within 48-72 hours of receiving them at our shipping point. The time it takes the order to reach the customer depends upon UPS.

Is there a handling fee?
A: There is a fee on all orders to cover handling. This is a one-time fee that will be applied against single ordered products or multiple products.
